1. Ensure that Instant Win is enabled on your campaign:
Go to a challenge under 'Edit campaign' and set 'Challenge type' to one of the Instant Win types.
If you get the message "This challenge requires an Instant Win upgrade", please contact us for an upgrade to your campaign.
If your campaign already has been upgraded for Instant Win, you get the message "Missing prize set up for Instant Win". Let's set up a prize:
2. Set up a prize
Before you can set up your challenge, you need to set up a prize first.
Simply set the 'Winner selection' to draw winner(s) from 'Instant win participants'. Make sure that the prize is valid for the period you are setting up for your instant win challenge.
Save the prize and go back to the challenge.
3. Set up the challenge
You have a choice between two different types of instant win challenges: Question and Scratch.
Question with Instant Win:

The question and answers are set up as regular questions.

'Correct answer only' will only allow the participants who answered the question correctly to participate in the instant win prize draw

Instant Win headline and text: This is the text to be display to a winner of the instant win prize. If enabled, the winner will also receive an email.

Wrong answer headline and text: This is the text to be displayed to those who answers the question incorrectly. They will not participate in the instant win prize draw. Check the 'Skip wrong answer modal' if you do not want to display this message

Correct headline and text: This is the text to be displayed to all who answers correctly, but doesn't win the instant win prize. Check the 'Skip correct modal' if you do not want to display this message

The 'Next challenge' text is displayed in the messages described above to let the participant continue to the "Thank you message".
Scratch with Instant Win:
- Intro text is shown above the scratch area
- Check the 'Use image as unscratched' option, if you want to show an image as the scratchable area. Otherwise a solid color will be used.
- 'Loss image' is the images to be revealed when scratching for those who didn't win. You can choose up to four different images to be displayed randomly, but you can also just have one image.
- Instant Win headline and text: This is the text to be display to a winner of the instant win prize. If enabled, the winner will also receive an email.
- Loss headline and text: This is the text to be displayed to those who doesn't win the instant win prize
- The 'Next challenge' text is displayed in the messages described above to let the participant continue to the "Thank you message".
